Important changes to the Home Information Pack regulations

From Monday April 6th 2009, there are 3 key changes to the Home Information Pack.

1) The First Day Marketing period comes to an end.

2) Search companies can no longer insure against missing parts of the search reports.

3) A Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) must be completed by you which will be included in the HIP.
